Roles & Responsibilities:
• Respond and follow up to new and current internet leads via phone, text and email.
• Answer all incoming phone calls generated from dealer websites and other sources of advertising.
• Communicate with all no-show appointments and reschedule.
• Schedule vehicle appraisal appointments.
• Make a high volume of calls each day.
• Communicate all appointment activity with manager and car buyers

• Ability to successfully handle up to 150 prospects each month and make over 100 calls a day
