Morris Hall, a 278 bed five star rated long term care and assisted living facility, has a job opening for a full time Business Office manager.
Responsibilities include:
Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and some payroll functions.
Working with residents, families, and the county on the Medicaid application process.
Ensuring that all residents have a valid payer source throughout their stay.
Create, maintain and allocate funds to Personal Needs Account for all LTC residents.
Primary liaison between facility and corporate billing office.
Skills Required:
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
Superior organization skills, attention to detail and ability to multi- task.
Qualifications:
Medical billing and collections experience in healthcare setting required. LTC experience preferred.
Experience processing Medicaid application preferred.
