THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE
As an Outside Sales Manager, you will lead, develop, and coach a high performing Outside Sales team to help secure new lifelong customers! Your expertise will be used to create strategic sales plans and provide insight on best practices to help your team reach their monthly quotas. YOUR BACKGROUND
- High School education or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Outside Sales role
- Excellent customer service skills with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Previous industry and managerial experience preferred
