Compensation:$40,000 - $50,000 yearly DOE
Responsibilities:- Execute a high volume of outbound phone and email contacts for current and prospective customers
- Using basic sales techniques, understanding customers’ needs to receive all required information needed to create selling opportunities for the sales team
- Schedule new strategy calls on sales team calendars
- Leverage CRM on all activities, including but not limited to call efforts, data mining, notes, and reporting and scheduling
- Incumbents must possess excellent oral, written, and organizational skills along with the capability to multitask
- Motivated, self-driven individual who wants the opportunity to grow, learn, and earn
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to ensure member satisfaction
- Easily navigate through multiple systems and websites
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner to the prospective members and current members
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree preferred
- Should have over 2 years of experience in outbound phone scheduling or similar experience in a related role
- Shows strong initiative to remain on task and complete multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Needs experience entering personal information into client databases
- 2 years of high-volume outbound sales and scheduling experience
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Experience working with a CRM
- Knowledge of the Mortgage industry preferred
- Ability to build a rapport quickly with prospective and current customers
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
