Credit Analyst / Account Manager
Come capitalize on an entry level position within a growing Financial Services company focused on helping individuals obtain healthy credit scores with the goal of home ownership! Located in Northern Colorado, we are seeking a motivated & hardworking individual who is interested in making a positive difference in a fun workplace with the opportunity to grow within the company, you set the pace for that growth based off your skill level! – All Training Included!
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- With proper training, learning how the industry works and being able to explain it to potential & current clients.
- Work within a team environment where each member is valued and appreciated.
- Be able to provide excellent customer service in an industry where the customer is not always right.
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with clients and/or referral partners over the phone and email (not remote).
- Opportunity to move into a sales position with both hourly pay Commission, no limits! (Pace to move into sales based off your desired to grow & skill level)
- Potential to work with the Sales Manager to increase your book of referral sources through a combination of social media and direct marketing.
- Must be a self-starter & effective multitasker with a drive for excellence.
- Data entry, computer skills, & organization a requirement.
- Consult with prospective customers, using solution-based approach.
- Bring a positive energy to every task, no matter how small.
- Bilingual a plus but not required.
- Sales experience a plus, but not required.
- Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. No weekends or evenings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
