Role Overview

Make all inbound and outbound calling efforts for our team. The role will include developing, testing, and executing new strategic calling initiatives based on analysis and data review. Inbound and Outbound calling, including use and programing of our dialing systems, is core to MSF operations and future strategic initiatives.

Essential Duties:

  • Operate Dialing Systems: Manage and operate automated dialing systems to place outbound calls efficiently.
  • Staffing Schedules: Develop and maintain staffing schedules based on business needs.
  • Employee Productivity: Track and analyze employee productivity and performance metrics.
  • Time Off Requests: Manage time-off requests and ensure adequate coverage is maintained.
  • Workforce Planning: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of workforce planning.
  • Strategies: Develop and implement workforce planning strategies, including forecasting, scheduling and capacity planning.

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and stressful situations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Familiarity with dialer systems and call center software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant products, services, or industry regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a higher degree).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is often preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Stationary position; prolonged periods at a desk and working on the computer.
  • Occasional movement about inside the office to walk to offices and office machinery.
  • Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds, must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the workday.

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
