We're looking for an IT Technician to join our team!
As an IT Technician, you’ll be responsible for the inventory of all minor equipment, end point troubleshooting, endpoint replacements where necessary, and shipping/receiving for the Mosaic National Office

What you’ll do in this role:
- This position will provide end user support in the form of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing end user issues for all equipment and/or software in the corporate network of Mosaic. This will include but not limited to Windows workstations, Chromebook devices, IPads, cellular devices, printers, and copiers.
- The IT Technician is also responsible for proper inventory management of all equipment to include maintaining the centralized inventory to include all adds/moves/changes, to include following proper disposal procedures where necessary.
- This position will also be responsible for the shipping/receiving of all packages for IT and the company.
