What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Night Auditor position at MOSSER?
This position's hours are from 10:30pm -7:00am. Availability to work weekends is required. The position is based out of San Francisco CA, 94103.
Job Summary: The Hotel Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
Essential Functions:
- Provide exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- Respond to guest and reservation emails
- Receive and follow up with reservation calls over the phone
- Available to work weekends
- Be able to handle cash transactions
- Perform all end of day front desk and night audit functions
- Assist in answering hotel phone calls and notifying guests of message
- Prepare all computer systems for the following day
- Act as hotel system liaison during night hours
- Other duties may be assigned
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required and two years hotel/Night Audit experience preferred.
- Motivated, driven, positive energy candidates.
- Must be reliable and trustworthy.
- Must be a team player.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Walking and standing are required. Reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
