Maintenance Person
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership abilities and a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, fabricating parts, and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain and repair mechanical systems including logic controllers, welding, and electrical components.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work schedules.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to effectively carry out maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance roles, demonstrating expertise in mechanical knowledge.
- Proficiency in welding, electrical work, and working with logic controllers.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is a plus.
