What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker position at Mother Culture?
Mother Culture is a local food manufacturer that specializes in dairy. Our front of the house position requires doing our labels and being our door greeter. No experience or education is necessary. Applicant must be able to work M-F from 7am-3pm and also be able to complete an equipment cleaning mini shift 2-3 times per week from 5-7pm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and delivery agents in a friendly manner as they enter our facility
- Affix labels to lids and containers
- Affix dates to labels
- Count and sort labels and containers for order accuracy
- Maintain an organized and tidy workspace
- Contribute to weekly cleaning schedule for the warehouse, including the pasteurizer
Applicant Should:
- Have the ability to count to high quantities (into thousands)
- Have an organizational skill set and natural tendency for order
- Conduct themselves in a friendly and professional manner
- Be a team player
- Have consistent attendance habits
- Be detail-oriented
- Be able to lift 40lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
