About the Role:
We're seeking goal-driven individuals to join our team of CBD Experts as Retail Sales Consultants / Key Holders. This position is perfect for those who thrive on independence and are eager to contribute their positive energy and willingness to learn to our team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a Retail Sales Consultant / Key Holder, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers in aligning with our mission, vision, and objectives
• Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our products and guiding customers on their benefits and uses
• Building and nurturing customer relationships to drive sales through good conversations and account notes
• Acting as a key holder, overseeing punctual store opening and closing procedures
• Working through team research projects that are assigned weekly to help build knowledge and experience
• Completing assigned tasks during scheduled shifts, including cash handling, stocking, pricing, front-facing products, POS system maintenance, and store upkeep (including some plant care for our indoor plants)

Training and Advancement Opportunities:
Upon joining our team, you'll receive comprehensive paid training in CBD products and their benefits. While this role is entry-level, there are opportunities for advancement based on your achievements and goals. No natural health experience is necessary as our training program will teach you everything you need to know to work with our customers needs. We do require previous work experience as a key holder and someone who can work independently.

Qualifications We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Recent and relevant small business / keyholder retail experience
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for representing our brand
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn about hemp products and vitamins and their potential health benefits, for both people and pets

Experience and Availability:
While prior experience in hemp or CBD products is not necessary, a minimum of 3 years of retail and customer service experience is preferred.

Candidates should be available to work 4-5 days per week during the store's operating hours: Mon-Fri 11am-6pm and Sat-Sun 12pm-5pm. There are no split shift opportunities available. Schedules rotate each week and are posted two weeks in advance.
