Job Summary
This position will contribute to the growing Studios team and plays a pivotal role within the organization helping to manage a full calendar of client projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Day-to-Day management of relationships with Motherly Studios Clients - Serving as the client's primary point of contact for the program, meeting and exceeding client expectations
- Planning and prioritization of campaign deliverables, timelines, resources, and project P&L.
- Coordination of all project assets, reviews, and revisions, as well as final delivery.
- Working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and Editorial to deliver on client expectations and goals
- Partner with Operations team to maintain campaign benchmark database and related metrics
- Responsible for the delivery and even pacing of all campaigns
- Lead Weekly internal pacing meetings with Sales & Ad Ops, reporting on delivery and optimizations.
- Provide meaningful insight and learnings from campaigns to develop campaign wrap reports as well as case studies
- Submit monthly billing reports for all active campaigns to Finance
- Build strategic media plans in partnership with Sales and Sales Strategy Teams in a timely and detail-oriented manner
- Prepare for and attend internal proposal brainstorms with Sales, Marketing and others to develop proposal recommendation(s)
- Update and maintain inventory management systems, including but not limited to; proposal entries, revisions, status updates, rate card and calendar reservations for media placements across all Motherly products & platforms
- Assist Sales team with client correspondence throughout the pre-sale process, including but not limited to; media plan revisions (changes & rates), specs, benchmarks, and required assets
- Help Sales team gather materials for client meetings and submit formal RFPs
- Collaborate with Sales and internal ops team to process Insertion Orders for sold programs (including ensuring IO’s are accurate and uploading all final IO’s to shared drive
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 4 years account management experience, preferably with some media planning experience
- Strong organizational skills
- A self-directed work style
- Experience with Asana preferred, but not required
- media planning experience is required
