Job Title: Physical Therapist - $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Will discuss schedule during interview.)

Job Location: 521 Route 111, Hauppauge, NY (Suffolk County; outpatient clinic)

Salary Description: $82,000.00 - $108,000.00 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

Physical Therapist responsibilities include ...

• Assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses.
• Devising creative treatment plans for individuals suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.
• Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person.
• Helping patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Encouraging patients along the road to recovery.
• Medical Specialties at the clinic include ortho, neuro, and sports medicine.
• Adults, adolescents, and geriatric outpatient caseload.

Qualifications

• NYS Physical Therapist License
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
• Basic computer skills
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Experience working in an orthopedic outpatient clinic as a licensed PT preferred; open to new grads with experience working in ortho outpatient clinics during clinicals
