What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Motive Energy?
Summary
Administrators are responsible for performing an array of duties such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, processing orders and returns. Administrators will assist in inventory with keeping current consignments and proper input of product received.
Responsibilities:
- Does the input of daily sales orders.
- Runs credit cards when needed.
- Accurately inputs inventory and maintains consignment count.
- In charge of bank deposits and running checks
- Some dispatch work may be required
- Light accounting, balancing cash ledger and petty cash drawer.
- Assist with accounts receivables.
Work Environment:
Office work. Sitting in an office setting. Some warehouse work for inventory purposes.
Skills / Other:
- Must be able to follow directions.
- Be detail oriented.
- Must have great communication skills and service oriented.
