Job Summary:

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. The role includes support for our Digital Twin technologies and assistance in managing our Chatbot implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.
• Provide technical support to staff and customers, resolving issues efficiently.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance system functionalities and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Required: High School Diploma.
• Preferred: College degree in Information Technology or related field, or IT certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco.

Experience:

• Previous experience in an IT support role preferred.
• Knowledge of network configuration, database management, and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Interest in 3D Digital Twins technology.
• Familiarity with programming in Python or JavaScript.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift at least 20lbs.

Body Positions:

Comfortable sitting and standing for extended periods.

Body Sense:

Must have full use of eyes and ears, full power of speech.

Body Movements:

Capable of walking, turning head and torso, bending arms, wrists, and fingers.

Mathematics:

Must be able to perform routine math calculations.

Language Skills:

Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in Japanese or Korean, along with English, and be able to provide instructions, convey information, and maintain effective interactions with customers, suppliers, and company personnel.
