Motor Truck Equipment Company's Dunmore location is seeking an Assistant Parts Manager . The Primary function of the Assistant Parts Manager is the supervision of the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Merchandises the Parts Department Inventory to meet sales and profit targets

Supervises Parts Department employees

Controls the Parts Department inventory

Trains and develops Parts Department employees

Reviews and analyzes performance results, taking corrective action, when applicable

Starts and follows through on plans and programs to meet Company goals and objectives

Coordinates and cooperates with other functional and staff managers
