We’re seeking an IT Technician I to join our team! In this role, you’ll:

  • Assist in keeping all computer systems operational and properly maintained.
  • Assist with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems.
  • Provide guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
  • Help ensure that company policies and guidelines are adhered to.
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
  • Remain current with technological developments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Two years of related work experience.
  • Experience working with Ethernet Networks.
  • Highly proficient in Windows 10, and Office 365.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills related to PCs, printers, and other IT-related equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
