We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Your primary role will be to communicate with customers, assess their vehicle needs, and coordinate service appointments.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in scheduling service appointments
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service issues
- Conduct unit inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
- Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their motorcycles
- Explain recommended services and repairs to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle service and repair procedures
- Ability to align customer needs with appropriate services
- Familiarity with motorcycles and their maintenance
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
