Job Description
The Clinical Sales Specialist will introduce, grow, and maintain Motus Nova’s business by, planning and conducting sales calls to patients, carepartners and appropriate Health Care Providers (HCP), other personnel and institutions responsible for the prescribing and delivering Motus Nova’s innovative portfolio of therapies to appropriate patients.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of sales calls to patients and carepartners and when indicated, assist with the introduction and onboarding of Motus Nova’s portfolio of products.
- Execution of sales calls to select HCPs, and encourage the prescribing of Motus Nova’s portfolio of products for appropriate patients.
- Demonstrated comfort and success with remote/virtual selling.
- Meet all annual sales objectives for Motus Nova’s portfolio of products.
- Establish positive and productive relationships among patients and carepartners, and HCPs
- Develop, coordinate and implement a strategic business plan.
- Conduct activity in full adherence to Motus Nova’s policies.
- Manage all sales-related administrative duties, including but not limited to call plan development, routing, expense reporting, and resources
- Represent Motus Nova at conferences and meetings as requested
- Demonstrate initiative and a level of expertise in use of Motus Nova’s portfolio of products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Licensed Occupational (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) preferred
- Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) acceptable
- Neuro rehab experience desired.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to build effective, lasting relationships with patients, carepartners, and HCPs.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, and adapt to a fast-changing environment with ease.
- Possess a dedication to teamwork and commitment to excellence.
- Possess a talent for quickly mastering technology.
- Interest in working in a fast-paced, startup environment and being part of a high energy team.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
