As one of our Region Directors, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our Care Team. This means you will be responsible for:
- Recruiting excellent staff
- Completing direct care hours
- Manage staff retainment
- Ensure initial and ongoing staff training
- Identifying individuals for promotion
- Evaluating staff performance
- Creating and maintaining an efficient schedule
- Managing call offs when necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
