Objectives:

Mount-It! is looking for an ERP/EDI Administrator to help us with our growing ecommerce and distribution operation. Provides technical expertise, analysis, training, and implementation functions related to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and related EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) connections. The ERP/EDI Administrator will help implement and manage the Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) ERP software for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ERP implementation and post implementation activities for Infor CSD and Sellercloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and solutions during the final implementation phase of Infor CSD and Infor TWL WMS. Provide ongoing updates, improvements, and support post implementation.
• Oversee the EDI process to execute system changes and enhancements as necessary.
• Work with the consulting team to meet all implementation goals, timelines, and objectives.
• Perform ongoing system analysis/testing, and create process flows to improve business effectiveness within the ERP, WMS, PIM, and CRM systems.
• Provide administrative, technical support and training to co-workers, and troubleshoot issues related to Infor CSD and EDI.

Skills and Requirements:

• Technical role with a minimum of 5 years ERP experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (Infor CSD, NetSuite, SAP, Acumatica, etc.).
• Experienced in implementing and managing a major ERP system.
• Experience working with EDI data.
• Bachelor’s or AA degree in IT, computer science, business, accounting, or related field.
• Programming/mapping experience preferred.
• Sellercloud, Shopify, SPS Commerce, Avalara experience preferred.
• Hands on experience implementing and maintaining Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) and/or SX.e.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot errors with EDI and develop solutions.
• Understanding of how various system processes enable operational continuity for all functions within the organization including: order processing, sales, procurement, finance, customer management, operations, delivery, logistics and warehouse management.

Pay: $75,000 - $95,000 per year depending on experience
