As an License Nurse (LPN or RN), you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.
Shift: Evening

- Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
- Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration
- Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
- Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care
- Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
