Anticipated Financial Secretary Position
2024-25 School Year;
Salary Schedule: I-4; 220 day contract;
Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable; maintain timesheets and absence forms as for payroll; purchasing/ordering of building/teacher supplies - procure approval, create purchase orders and maintain all records related to purchases; maintain budget balances regarding supplies for each teacher; process activity funds; inventory; process registrations, lodging and travel for administrators, teachers and staff traveling for workshops and conferences; general office duties; other duties as assigned.
