We are seeking an HR Manager with 3-5 years of experience who is ready to lead our HR operations team. In this position, you will oversee an HR Generalist and an HR Coordinator and will be responsible for improving HR processes and making them better across the whole HR Team. Someone who can demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and interpersonal skills will be important traits to be successful in this role. You will work closely with frontline leaders to make sure our HR practices help us achieve our growth and operational goals. - Gap analysis and suggestions to improve each HR Operations task.
- HRIS (Paylocity) expert for HR responsibilities.
- Trusted Business Partner as evidenced by the reduction in issues going to HR Director.

Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurances, as well as 401k, PTO and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay range

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP/PHR certification.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with a track record of leading and developing HR teams.
- Experience with incorporating technology and outsourcing solutions in HR processes.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high tolerance for change.
- Demonstrated empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a team-oriented mindset.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
