Mountain States Property Management is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to assist the Property Manager at our Seasons of Traverse location. We are looking for a candidate with experience in property management, particularly in leasing, organization, and working as a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management:
Assist the Property Manager to oversee vendor relationships, efficiently negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to performance standards. Conduct regular evaluations of vendor agreements to identify opportunities for cost optimization while upholding service quality.
Tenant Relations:
Cultivate strong rapport with tenants, promptly addressing concerns to strengthen satisfaction levels. Utilize expert conflict resolution skills to address tenant grievances amiably and in compliance with regulations. Implement innovative resident retention initiatives to foster long-term community stability and encourage positive online reviews.
Financial Management:
Assist the Property Manager in managing financial tasks, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense management. Deploy revenue-maximizing and cost-minimizing strategies to optimize financial performance. Drive occupancy rates through effective sales and renewal tactics.
Compliance:
Ensure rigorous adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, alongside company policies and protocols. Integrate industry best practices into daily operations to uphold compliance and excellence.
Leasing:
Negotiate lease terms with perspective tenants, comply with all fair housing regulations, and drive leases.
Qualifications:
Proven competence in on-site multi-family property management operations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive understanding of property management regulations and procedures. Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving financial and operational objectives.
