MV Property Management is seeking a talented Property Manager to join our team! This individual will oversee the daily on-site operations of one of our exceptional apartment communities in Layton, UT. Responsibilities include managing finances, coordinating maintenance, enforcing leases, and preparing performance reports.

To excel in this role, you should ensure smooth daily leasing operations and meet financial goals. Ultimately, an exceptional Property Manager will enhance property value and meet tenant needs. While prior Property Manager experience is not required, candidates must have previous sales or customer service Management experience in a professional setting.

Property Manager Responsibilities:

Administrative:

- Utilize management software for recording, storing, analyzing information, and generating reports.

- Conduct daily meetings to manage Leasing Agents, Maintenance, and Cleaning Staff.

- Organize and monitor maintenance requests and work orders.

- Manage property inspection reports and updates for property owners.

- Handle rental payments and lease transactions.

- Submit regular property reports.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for property projects.

Neighborhood Marketing:

- Represent the company online through social media marketing and live interactions.

- Inform residents of referral concessions.

- Assist in neighborhood marketing activities such as placing banners, signs, and creating promotional materials.

- Conduct market surveys and maintain competitive rents.

Resident Retention:

- Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Input maintenance service requests and ensure timely response.

- Maintain open communication with management and monitor community cleanliness.

- Plan and host resident functions.

- Enforce community policies.

Leasing:

- Supervise Leasing Agent responsibilities.

- Record all inquiries and visits.

- Ensure apartments are ready for move-in.

- Follow up on prospects and monitor lease renewals.
