Mountain Vista Cleaning Services, LLC is looking to hire a part time custodian. This will be a day/night career so times will vary throughout the week as we have multiple locations. As we provide 5 star training, potential candidates will eventually work on their own and be expected to continue 5 star cleaning. Our perspective applicant must meet the following requirements:
-Prior experience in custodial cleaning, or related fields
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
-Ability to handle physical workload
-Strong attention to detail
-Reliable Transportation
-Must be willing to travel in all weather conditions
-Ability to travel within 50 miles (Greeley, Longmont, Loveland, Fort Collins, Windsor)
-On call is required with this job, must be willing to work when needed outside of your current schedule.
WAGE: NEW starting pay rate of 15.00 hr. depending on experience.

- Keep commercial locations clean and orderly
-Positive feedback from Clientele
-Ability to travel to locations during all types of weather
-Ability to work alone
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
