The Product Lines Route Manager is someone passionate about talking to customers and resolving their issues quickly and efficiently.
A self-starter who is able to roll up their sleeves and learn new skill sets to get the job done and a team player who wants to partner with their colleagues to help put the customer experience first!
Core Responsibilities
Building route plans for schedulers to contact
Manage geographic efficiency for routes and leads
Manager appointment requests by pivoting route plans daily
Plan routes out 5 days in advance
Proactively Maintain lead counts to maintain monthly contact rules and pack routes
Qualifications
Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent
Customer service experience preferred (call center, hospitality, service industry, automotive industry etc.)
Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets
Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
