We are looking for a talented Office Manager to assist with coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties within our restaurant. If you are interested in administrative work, have a natural ability to understand numbers and spreadsheets (cash reconciliation), and are seeking employment with one of Canada's top hospitality groups this is the role for you! Previous restaruant experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Balance the daily cash in the restaurant
- Fulfil bank runs when necessary
- Screen and organize resumes and set up interviews
- Code and process incoming invoices
- Assist with organizing and verifying payroll
- Opening storewalks and some floor managment responsibilites
- Other administrative duties as assigned
