What are the responsibilities and job description for the INVENTORY SPECIALIST position at MP Nexlevel, LLC?
The job of an Inventory Specialist involves administration, management and supervision. This is a specialized profile in which an individual is required to multi-task and adjust to the workings of a dynamic environment. This person is also liable to look into all inventory management functions while coordinating with internal as well as external sources of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accounting and Reporting of inventory surplus, product returns, inventory requisitions, and any damages
- Replenishing stock in the warehouse.
- Forecasting and estimating the potential stock requirements, based on sale reports
- Tracking incoming and outgoing material.
- Conducting a daily audit of inventory
- Small tools tracking
- Safety training as required by position
- Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to operate forklift and other construction equipment
Essential Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Understanding of materials used in construction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to operate fork lift
Preferred Skills:
Construction industry experience
