The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing, executing and measuring multi-channel lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline. MP is growing it's demand generation function, and email is an integral channel for building the MP brand, nurturing target audiences, showcasing thought leadership and building brand loyalty with clients and prospective clients.
Responsibilities
Manage, develop, and execute multi-channel demand generation and ABM programs that drive partner and prospect pipeline and revenue.
A/B testing and other experiments across a variety of channels and CTAs and provide analysis of results.
Build, manage and refine target audience contact database and develop campaigns that drive interest in MP services including message creation, CTAs, template and landing page design, and campaign workflows.
Segment audiences based on behaviors, such as past email engagement, website interaction, event attendance, and develop strategies to nurture prospects into qualified leads.
Use a variety of tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, Keyword Planner, SEMRush, and Cision.
Analyze and report results from all outbound campaigns and make recommendations to continually improve metrics including open rates, CTR, leads.
Identify new email marketing strategies to ensure that the most effective offers, copy, platforms, and creative are incorporated into campaigns and deliver a compelling message.
Maintain knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
Utilize Pardot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo and other tools to drive leads to sales effectively and monitor and track progress of qualified prospects through the pipeline.
Develop and maintain knowledge of MP's offerings, partner offerings, industry/product solutions, customer applications, competitive product differences as well as evolving strategies.
Identify and coordinate creation of content to generate high value leads that convert to sales.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
3-6 years of marketing experience, preferably for B2B companies, with a heavy emphasis on digital marketing program
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Pardot (HubSpot, Marketo, MailChimp )
Salesforce experience a plus
HCM experience a plus
Highly accountable with ability to handle multiple projects, manage competing priorities and workflows
Strong understanding of email marketing rules and guidelines
Exceptional written and communication skills
Strong analytical and research skills
Independent worker capable of managing multiple projects in parallel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to quickly learn technical information and apply it in a fast-paced environment
