What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner Marketing Manager position at MP?
The Partner Marketing Manager will support MP's efforts in building out the partner channel. As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will drive, plan, organize and execute partner programs to support MP's channel strategy. MP is building out its partner team and is focusing on partnerships in the healthcare brokerage, accounting and banking space. The Partner Marketing Manager will help support this by working with the VP of Channel, the Marketing team and across the sales organization. The Partner Marketing Manager will develop and assist with the execution of lead generation campaigns growing brand awareness and market presence.

Responsibilities:
- Email campaigns and partner newsletters content and deployment across our existing partner channel and prospective partners
- Strategic Communications: Proactively communicates campaigns, material and keeps partners informed on a regular basis of updated MP initiatives, programs and webinars
- Assure attribution from partners is tracked
- Partner Events Management and Execution: Help identify and support MP managed events.
- Help drive attendance
- Support follow up plans
- Partner co-sponsored events and webinars - be able to work with partner marketing teams to create and execute events that can drive top of funnel leads for MP and partner.
- New partner acquisition support and provide inputs to go-to-market teams to recruit and enable new partners
- Support MP Association memberships - this can include working with associations on MP driven webinars and events and attending some associations events to represent MP
- Work with marketing team for Partner Operations - Zoominfo, salesforce hygiene for campaigns, etc
- Partner Swag and Collateral ordering and distribution to sales team
- Assist with working with the sales team for lead follow-up and execution and successes
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 4-6 years experience in partner management or marketing
- Preferred HCM experience
- Salesforce and CRM experience
- Independent thinker that can contribute ideas to a growing channel
- Proficient Microsoft Office programs including Powerpoint and Adobe
- Ability to work cross functionally to execute
