What is the role?
We're currently seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join our team. You will be a key player in shaping and delivering our HR strategy and will oversee HR operations locally while working closely with our international teams to ensure a consistent and inclusive approach to HR practices. Your role will be integral in attracting, retaining, and nurturing talent, promoting diversity and inclusion, and enhancing employee well-being on a local and global scale.
Are you the person we are looking for?
We are looking for a forward thinking, and dynamic HR professional who has experience in HR management. You will have experience of working in a stand-alone HR position, and whilst you enjoy a role that has the blend of day-to-day general HR activities you will be able to work strategically alongside our Senior Leadership Teams both locally and globally.
You will have a strong knowledge of employment / labor laws and HR practices and be able to show demonstrable experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management and employee relations. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
Experience working in a technical, engineering, operational or manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
Global HR Collaboration:
- Collaborate with HR teams across the globe to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's global objectives.
- Ensure consistent HR policies and practices are applied worldwide.
- Promote cultural sensitivity in order to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Facilitate the global mobilization of talent, sharing best practices and driving standardization.
- Develop and implement global initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.
Local HR Management:
- HR Strategy: Collaborating with leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's strategic goals.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the process of bringing new talent into the organization and ensuring their smooth integration.
- Employee Relations: Creating a positive workplace culture, resolving conflicts and disputes, and serving as a bridge between employees and management.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Fostering an environment that values and promotes diversity, equality, and inclusion among all employees.
- Talent Management: Identifying, developing, and retaining top talent to drive organizational success.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administering employee compensation packages and benefits while staying competitive in the market.
- Compliance and Policy Development: Ensuring the organization complies with labor laws and developing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Payroll: Accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and providing exceptional support to our employees
- Employee Engagement: Creating and managing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and engagement.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Collecting and analyzing HR data to make informed decisions and generate reports on key HR performance indicators.
