• Maintaining the highest standards of quality regarding Resident care
• Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Strong professional demeanor
• Effectively build cooperation and teamwork among MPI staff
• Build relationships with Residents and family through assessment, plan of care, and PCP coordination.

Some of the requirements of this position include:

• Current LPN license;
• Three years’ experience in home care, geriatric, or medical/surgical nursing care;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficient in basic computing skills.,
