Reporting directly to the VP of Communication and Engagement, you will have the opportunity to lead the creation and delivery of content across diverse marketing channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Journey-Centric Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the various stages of the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for their audience.
- Effective Storytelling: Leverage strong editorial and storytelling skills to transform complex concepts into compelling narratives that resonate across multiple audiences.
- Multichannel Distribution: Plan and execute the distribution of content across multiple marketing channels, including but not limited to digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and events.
- CRM-Driven Email Strategy: Develop and implement targeted email marketing strategies using CRM insights to enhance customer engagement at every stage of the lifecycle.
- Segmentation and Personalization: Leverage CRM data to segment audiences effectively, ensuring personalized and relevant email content that resonates with diverse customer segments.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns, including onboarding, nurturing sequences, and retention strategies, to maximize customer value.

Qualifications:
