Mpower proudly offers an exciting opportunity for a full-time W-2 Residential Solar Consultant at our Queens, NY office. Our team of appointment setters will schedule qualified appointments for you to meet with homeowners. The Solar Sales Consultant is an integral part of the Solar Division, being the primary point of contact with customers and providing them with details on the benefits of going solar.
The ideal candidate will utilize strong critical thinking skills, an ambitious attitude, and a strong work ethic to effectively demonstrate the benefits of partnering with Mpower for their Solar needs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations with prospective customers in their home
- Educate potential clients about the benefits of solar–saving environment
- Analyze electricity usage to confirm customer wants and needs while developing rapport to enable you to close the sale
- Manage accounts from an initial consultation to the installation
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training camps focused on increasing your earning potential, team building, and mentoring from our leaders

Income Expectation:
- Daily direct marketing leads are provided
- On Target Earnings: $150k-$200k
- Monthly car stipend: $300.00
- Potential to enroll into Senior Solar Consultant within 12 months and earn 2x Solar Consultant Earnings
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in Solar sales and canvassing preferred
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Outgoing personality
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; own vehicle
Competitive salary starting $150,000-$200,000 ; Base, commissions, bonuses
