Mr. Clean Car Wash is expanding, with 7 new car wash locations in the last 12 months and many more to come, the opportunities for advancement are legitimate. Assistant managers start at $17 - $18 per hour plus OT and monthly bonuses.
Position Purpose
Our assistant managers are focused on attaining sales/profit goals, hiring, and training, as well as maintaining company values, policies, culture and brand standards. Managers use their leadership and adherence to company principles and policies to deliver high levels of customer service. Our managers lead by example and enhance the customer experience with every decision they make.
Compensation
- Our managers are eligible for a monthly bonus based on the profitability of the site. The more profitable the site is, the more bonus payout the manager receives.
- The bonus is based off a generous percentage of the overall profitability of the site. In essence, we are looking to create a partnership environment.
- Assistant managers are paid OT for any hours worked over 40 per week.
Minimum Qualifications
- Open availability
- Available to work up to 50 hours per week. This is a full time position.
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions. This is an outdoor position.
- Comfortable cleaning and detailing vehicles.
- Minimum 18 years of age
- 1 year of prior management experience preferred
- 1 year of prior detailing or car wash experience preferred
- 1 year of sales experience preferred
Schedule
- Hours of operation are 8am - 6pm M-Sat. 9am - 5pm Sun.
- Managers may work up to 50 hours pe week.
- Our opening managers arrive at 7am to prepare for the opening. Our closing managers typically end their day between 6:30pm and 7:00pm.
- There may be days when the manager works past his/her regular schedule to hold meetings or perform equipment maintenance/cleaning.
- The work day may consist of anywhere from an 8 to 12 hour shift.
