Work Role Responsibilities
- Professionally represent Mr. Handy LLC, with a primary goal of creating a lasting first impression
- Efficiently and effectively answer all customer emails, Social Media messages, and phone calls
- Communicate timely with management throughout the day, relaying client messages and scheduling updates
- Carry out daily tasks with integrity and diligence
- Keep a clean and organized workspace, including office upkeep
- Schedule customer services to best maximize time and revenue for the business
- Provide detailed notetaking of client requests
- Meticulously build accurate invoices for customers
- Represent management in BNI, a business networking group
Special Criteria
- Knowledge of office management systems; Proficiency in MS Office
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
