What are the responsibilities and job description for the Survey Tech position at MRA Unlimited Inc.?
- Looking for a Survey CAD Tech for the Roseville area
- AutoCAD experience a must.
- Review construction plans and perform calculations for layout staking and prepare exhibits.
- Prepare work plans and staking calculations for field crews.
- Reading, analyzing, and preparing legal descriptions, field survey and subdivision calculations using computer software.
- Preparing CAD drawings of boundary surveys, Topographic Maps, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivision maps and other survey drawings.
- Produce CAD drawings to include Boundary, Topographic, ALTA/ACSM Land Title and other surveys in Civil 3D.
- Knowledge of Land Surveying Techniques, Principles, & Standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
