We are currently seeking a Legal Intern to join our internship program for the summer of 2023. Interns will have exposure to a wide range of projects over the summer, including conducting legal research on a variety of topics from data privacy to contract law, presenting findings to internal teams, drafting and analyzing contract clauses, participating in meetings with in-house counsel to understand business goals and initiatives, and other duties as assigned by the legal team.  This internship will afford the opportunity to be exposed to a corporate culture from a legal perspective. You have: 1Ls and 2Ls currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate degree Ability to maintain confidential company information Excellent communication, writing, presentation, time management, organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment Good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements We have: Comprehensive internship program offering hands-on corporate working experience.
