Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Partner Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining and growing our relationships with partners who distribute and sell our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner management, excellent communication skills, and understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.


As the Partner Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between mscrm-addons.com and our partners, ensuring that they have the tools, resources, and support needed to drive mutual success.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partner organizations.
  • Oversee partner performance to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to partners to help them effectively sell and support our products.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and work to expand our partner network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to ensure partners have the resources necessary to succeed.
  • Respond to partner inquiries promptly and help resolve issues related to sales and support.
  • Proactively manage partner onboarding.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in partner management, preferably within Dynamics 365 or the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Required)
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
