Job Summary:
The Retailing Program Manager will oversee and support our made-in-store confectionary programs across a diverse range of retail environments in the US and Canada. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards in production and merchandising, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of our programs. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, lead an internal team, train staff across various sites, and support external independent representatives.
Responsibilities:
Subject Matter Expert:
• Serve as the primary expert for fudge and nuts made-in-store programs.
• Utilize extensive knowledge and experience to maintain and enhance program standards.
• Continuously research and apply best practices to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Retail Trend Merchandising:
• Stay updated on the latest retail trends, industry developments, and consumer preferences in the US and Canada.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
• Implement best practices and innovative approaches to keep our products competitive and appealing.
Team and Staff Development:
• Assist external independent representatives in delivering exceptional service for the made-instore retailing program.
• Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to ensure program success.
• Develop strong relationships with external partners to enhance program reach and effectiveness. Innovation and Creativity:
• Direct innovation in recipes, packaging, and merchandising strategies.
• Align product offerings with current market trends and customer preferences.
