Call Center Corporate Trainer -On Premise
Job Description
We are working with a client in Boston that has an additional need on a contract basis to assist the trainer and implement a "nesting" program. #-5 month assignment. Typical Hours are 9:30 am -6pm and occasional Saturday
**Performed onsite**
MUST HAVE 3 Years call center or corporate training experience
- Assist in conducting new hire, recurrent and training
- Support trainees throughout new hire process to transition to the floor and beyond to ensure delivery of service excellence
- Assist in the supervision of trainees, provide feedback and coaching, observe and document performance while in the learning and nesting environment
- Provide feedback documentation to supervisors and trainer upon completion of the new hire process for each new employee
- Assist the trainer in observing existing reps to create exemplary service delivery every time
- Provide support to supervisor/trainer to deliver instructor-led training
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in related field preferred
- Three years of Call Center leadership or training experience
- Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated facilitation skills; ability to speak effectively to groups
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience developing training in LMS desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a team-centered environment with minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
