MSP Commercial is a property management and development company specializing in the health care industry.

MSP offers a professional, supportive work environment and is seeking an experienced full-time Property Accountant to join our team. This position is responsible for the day-to-day accounting activities of an assigned portfolio. This is an in-office position located at our office in Richfield, MN.

** Previous Property Management Accounting experience preferred **

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Preparing accurate and timely financial statements
  • Preparing for budgets and annual audits
  • Reconciling the general ledger
  • Supporting Property Managers for properties within portfolio

Qualifications include:

  • 2 or 4-year Accounting degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in Property Accounting
  • Understanding of Accounting processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
  • Problem solving
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
