MSTS is currently seeking a savvy Marketing Analyst to join our team. The candidate will manage and grow organic search channels and create and implement PPC campaigns. The candidate must be able to demonstrate a clear ability to lead, develop and implement tactics and campaigns that drive business goals: audience growth, engagement, acquisition, reach and more. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SEO strategies and tactics involving keyword research, search-friendly content, information architecture and technical requirements. This position is responsible for coordination and management of SEO efforts with internal content teams. Candidate will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management and manage our marketing tech stack.

Must be highly motivated, focused yet flexible, a strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, and able to manage multiple projects.

The job responsibilities for the Marketing Analyst are as follows:

  • Ensure all SEO marketing plans adhere to overall corporate strategy and objectives. Analyze each program to identify key success indicators. Prioritizes projects based on evaluation of short and long-term benefits to the company.
  • Collaborates with other associates and support departments to develop, recommend and monitor the implementation of SEO, PPC and SEM strategies.
  • Monitor program results and proactively recommends contingency plans or adjustments to meet goals.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis, which includes interpretation of results, identifying key implications and next step recommendations.
  • Review technical SEO issues and provide strategies/recommendations to improve site architecture and site performance.
  • Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends to stay updated on the latest innovations, tools and techniques.
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for the following in the ideal candidate:   

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in SEO and PPC
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google AdWords
  • Familiarity with various Marketing Technology stacks, including Marketing Automation and ABM.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and analysis.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • High level of organization and detail-orientation
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
  • Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent time management
