Job Summary: The Business Development Representative is responsible for building revenue and market share by qualifying, managing, and closing sales in a designated geographical region of the United States. The Business Development Representative drives business for CareCloud, Inc. by prospecting, presenting and coordinating resources to best position CareCloud’s leading technology-enabled services and solutions. The Business Development Representative is responsible for selling to physician practices in the one (1) to three (3) physician segment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients through cold calling, developing industry relationships, and the harvesting client referrals
- Prepare and present accurate forecasts and meet established quotas
- Discover and understand potential clients’ pain points and their needs in a business and software solution
- Present and demonstrate CareCloud solutions with confidence and healthcare expertise
- Build a strong foundation of industry knowledge, environment and competitive products
- Effectively position CareCloud against competitive dynamics, and be adept in handling client objections
- Ensure all potential clients understand how our solutions will improve their practice
- Maintain accurate up-to-date sales lead tracking and pipeline in Salesforce, daily
- Drive adherence to company-defined sales process and cadence with operating mechanisms and frameworks
- Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote the company, product and generate sales leads

Education & Experience Requirements:
- 1 years previous sales experience
- Healthcare SaaS EHR/PM and/or Revenue Cycle experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
Hours & Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, regular business hours
