Our Advanced Advertising Product team is actively seeking a Product Analyst to contribute in building and managing the reporting and analytics capabilities for the Advanced Advertising organization. You will be part of the Product team supporting data-centric decision making via strategic analyses, reporting processes, and data visualizations. You will champion our self-service reporting strategy and play a key role in helping us automate and create scalable frameworks for our reporting and analytics. The Product Analyst will work with different groups across ViacomCBS to identify areas of opportunity including Sales, Planning, Data Solutions, Data Science and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key business partners to craft and develop metrics that enable success and change within their departments
Identify critical bottlenecks and own projects to revamp the process for streamlining and automation
Identify critical trends and provide meaningful business insights to senior leadership
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement our reporting and analytics strategy
Partner with the Data Science team to manage and structure our data and databases
Monitor and govern the data, ensuring data quality and accuracy
Assist with training of business users on self-service tools that can be used to effectively acquire data
Basic Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Systems or 0-2 years of professional experience in a product analytics role with a core focus in business intelligence and/or analytics
Excel and SQL skills
Additional Qualifications
Analytical background operating with large data sets to identify trends and meaningful insights
Experience in Digital and Linear Television
