JOB SUMMARY:
The Licensing Coordinator provides support for the maintenance, organization and tracking of vendors licensing status for Muckleshoot Casino Resort. The Licensing Coordinator works collaboratively with vendors, managers, and the Tribal Gaming Agency to ensure internal guest satisfaction and adhere to regulatory, internal control, and best practices. The Licensing Coordinator executes and maintains licensing status files, while maintaining the highest level of internal control and ethical responsibility.
The Licensing Coordinator provides support for the maintenance, organization and tracking of vendors licensing status for Muckleshoot Casino Resort. The Licensing Coordinator works collaboratively with vendors, managers, and the Tribal Gaming Agency to ensure internal guest satisfaction and adhere to regulatory, internal control, and best practices. The Licensing Coordinator executes and maintains licensing status files, while maintaining the highest level of internal control and ethical responsibility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Practice, support and promote the Vision and Mission Statements and Core Values of the Muckleshoot Casino Resort (MCR).
2. Assist in the maintenance and organization of electronic and physical files.
3. Establish and utilize network to identify and confirm Tribal owned entities.
4. Onboarding new vendors, including communication of processes and procedures related to licensing, furnishing necessary forms.
5. Coordinate vendor licensing issues with Tribal Gaming Agency (TGA).
6. Ensure license compliance of vendors through weekly and quarterly reviews.
7. Manage all license renewal submissions prior to expiration.
8. Timely and effective communication with licensees on relevant business needs related to licensing.
9. Provides regular updates/reporting to management and internal stakeholders (as necessary) about the status of licensees.
10. Record and maintain licensing and identification information of vendors within the accounting enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
11. Record and maintain records in procurement system, including facilitating vendor enrollment in supplier bid.
12. Record and maintain identification and verification of Tribally and Minority owned status.
13. Coordinate with Contract Administrator and Strategic Sourcing Manager the licensing status of all relevant vendors.
14. Assist in keeping contact information current in both accounting and supplier tracking software.
15. Maintain the highest level of integrity in vendor interactions.
16. Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and reports issues to appropriate personnel.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING FOR POSITION (required/preferred):
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field required.
- Previous experience in database management preferred.
- Working knowledge of tribal sovereignty and Office of Tribal Affairs (OTA) requirements preferred.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel and 10-key skills.
- Demonstrate strong math skills and advanced computer literacy using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Demonstrate strong and effective communication skills both orally and in writing. Read, write, and speak English fluently.
