Job Overview
As an Account Executive at Mudflap, you will help small business owners grow their businesses by introducing them to our market leading mobile based product that is used daily by tens of thousands of SMB trucking companies. Mudflap provides fuel discounts to owner-operators and small fleets at hundreds of independent fuel stops and chains.
You will be responsible for researching and prospecting new clients to purchase and implement our product. You will source, pitch, and onboard clients, as well as manage your own sales pipeline. We want to talk to you if you are energetic, goal oriented, and sales-driven.
In this role, you will:
- Own the full sales cycle, including outreach, onboarding and relationship management, for new Mudflap clients across the United States
- Generate leads using creative strategies for connecting with potential partners
- Consult, educate, strategize, and successfully sell Mudflap's services through a high volume of sales calls
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
You have:
- A track record of success in a quota-carrying role as an account executive, business development representative, or similar
- Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills
- An ability to navigate networks and build professional relationships from scratch
- Eagerness to collaborate effectively across the organization, building partnerships and advancing shared objectives
- Resilience and an ability to overcome objections and obstacles with an openness to feedback
