Muff’s Motorsports LLC is one of the largest powersports salvage companies on the east coast, parting out ATVs, UTVs, jet skis, dirt bikes and snowmobiles. Manager will be required to support ongoing operations and continued growth with the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop a daily plan and run morning meetings to coordinate employees
  • Assist team members with technical problems during disassembly and inventory processes
  • Inspect the quality of work completed
  • Able to recruit, hire and train team members
  • Ensure all required supplies are on hand
  • Verify that inventory is properly organized and labeled
  • Coordinate with driver to transfer inventory to and from warehouses
  • Maintain positive employee culture
  • Increase team production

Qualifications and Skills

  • Computer background, familiar with parts microfiche and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience
  • Previous automotive or powersports experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Available Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
  • Able to effectively manage 10 team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Automotive/Powersports: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Management: 3 years (Required)

  • Ashaway, RI 02804: Relocate before starting work (Required)
